As part of our ongoing commitment to reducing health inequalities, the Central London Training Hub is working in partnership with the Care Navigator team to support people experiencing homelessness. On 16th April, a dedicated Homeless Health Event will take place at the Thamesbank Centre, offering nurse-led health checks, and access to advice on housing, benefits, volunteering, and adult learning opportunities.

This initiative aims to provide holistic, person-centred support by bringing together clinical and community resources in one accessible space. Through events like this, we continue to empower vulnerable individuals and strengthen integrated working across health and social care.

This free drop-in event is open to anyone experiencing homelessness or housing insecurity. Come along for:

• Free refreshments
