This is a workshop designed to support neurodivergent staff to enter assessment processes (interviews, group exercises, presentations etc.) with confidence.

This session should help people perform effectively without compromising how they think and process the world. We will explore how to prepare, how to manager ourselves and how to use structures and strategies to perform at our best.
