Thank you for signing up to this training on Transgender Healthcare in Primary care.In order for this training to be as helpful as possible for you, we would be grateful if you could spend a few moments completing this questionnaire before session 1.

This will allow us to make sure that we can tailor the training where possible. Once you have attended both sessions you will receive a post session questionnaire which will include giving feedback.
