Designated Prescribing Practitioner Course

In collaboration with North West, North East, North Central, South West and South East London we are pleased to share that we have developed a Designated Prescribing Practitioner (DPP) training course aimed at supporting the development of supervisory skills for those working with foundation trainee pharmacists and non-medical prescribing course trainees.

This course is open to all professional groups who are involved in supervision and development within prescribing practice. This course has been designed to strengthen confidence and capability in supporting trainee pharmacists as they develop their prescribing skills and meet required competencies, whilst also creating a communities of practice to help support DPPs in their journey.

The course will be delivered over four structured sessions, and attendance at all four sessions is required to successfully complete the programme.

A range of dates and times are available to accommodate different schedules, and participants can select their preferred cohort when booking. Sessions dates are as follows:

Session 2: Tuesday 19th May/Wednesday 20th May

Session 3: Tuesday 2nd June/Wednesday 3rd June

Session 4: Tuesday 9th June

Please note that places are limited. Once all places have been filled, a waiting list will be established for additional interest.
