Modules		Overview
Module 1	CQC and Delivering Under the New Framework	Understand the new CQC inspection framework, how to evidence good governance, and embed a continuous improvement culture that supports compliance and quality care. The session includes real-world examples from recent inspections and practical tips for success.
Module 2	Governance in Primary Care	Explore the key elements of governance structures in general practice, including systems of accountability and tracking key performance indicators, to ensure your practice remains compliant, safe, and well-functioning.
Module 3	Financial Optimisation: Keeping Track of Performance	Learn how to monitor financial performance, optimise QOF and Enhanced Service income, and maximise income for your practice. We’ll also look at prevalence, coding, and how INTs and PCNs can work collaboratively to strengthen sustainability and resource use.
