Sleep problems affect millions of people and are closely linked with both physical and mental health conditions. Despite this, sleep is often overlooked within routine clinical practice.
This Programme is a comprehensive, evidence-based training programme designed to equip healthcare professionals with the knowledge and practical skills to assess, manage and treat insomnia using NICE-recommended interventions. Developed and delivered by renowned sleep expert Dr David Lee, the programme builds upon Cognitive Behavioural Therapy for Insomnia (CBTi) by providing a structured assessment process and personalised treatment approach for individuals experiencing sleep difficulties.
