Freedom To Speak-Up Guardians

North West London Training Hubs have launched Freedom to Speak Up Guardians (FTSUGs) within Primary Care. FTSUGs are a cohort of staff across NWL Primary Care, primarily within the Training Hubs, who have completed the necessary national training to support the workforce in speaking up.

As a Freedom to Speak Up Guardian, my role is to provide a safe, confidential, and impartial space for staff and colleagues to raise concerns about anything affecting their experience, wellbeing, or the safety and quality of care.

Speaking up is essential for creating a positive, open, and supportive culture. It helps us identify problems early, improve the way we work, and ensure the best outcomes for staff. Whether it’s about workplace behaviours, unfair treatment, or systems that could be improved, raising concerns can lead to meaningful changes that benefit everyone.

I understand that speaking up isn’t always easy, but you will be listened to, taken seriously, and supported throughout the process. Every voice matters, and even small concerns can make a big difference.

Not sure if this is what you want if you tweak can you please share the final version I have also written up the below in case I have mis understood.

I am here to provide a safe, confidential, and impartial space for anyone working within Westminster or training through the hub to speak up about concerns. Speaking up is vital for improving the way we work, ensuring staff wellbeing, and maintaining high standards of care.

No matter how big or small the issue, raising it can lead to positive change. I’m here to listen, support you through the process, and make sure your voice is heard.
