Emotional Intelligence: Self-Regulation – Mood Management

Audience — Participants, who choose to focus on their strengths, whilst identifying areas for development, to support them in the demonstration of emotional intelligence and mindfulness

Aim — To focus on the balance between positive and negative energy, and how it impacts on self and others

Objectives — By the end of the session participants will be able to:

  1. Understand the adult learning cycle, in relation to their own competences
  2. Explore the impact of disorientation & imbalance
  3. Identify their blind spots
    Focus on what they can influence and let go of overthinking
  4. Maintaining compassion for self and others; kindly and helpful.
  5. Reflect on their strengths and development goals
