Audience — Participants, who are familiar with the principles of Emotional intelligence & Mindfulness, & choose to use these in relation to challenging conversations.
Aim This session provides guidance and tools, to support managing challenging conversations, through an emotionally intelligent & mindful approach.
Objectives: By the end of the session all participants will be able to:
- Explore the tools and strategies, when managing challenging conversations
- Identify helpful strategies for the benefit of self and others
- Recognise the importance of giving and receiving feedback
- Navigate their thinking and feeling, through an understanding of assumptions
and ego states. - Reflect on their strengths and development goals
