As we prepare for the significant changes planned for the SS26 campaign, NHS England will be delivering comprehensive SS26 training for participating sites from Monday 23 February to Wednesday 10 March 2026. This schedule includes 11 individual sessions, with a mixture of daytime and evening options to support colleagues’ availability.
The training includes:
• Dedicated Federated Data Platform (FDP) access drop-in sessions for anyone experiencing login or system issues
• Detailed live training for all Providers
• GP Practice-specific training
These sessions will cover key elements of the SS26 programme, including the provider led vaccine supply model, site entitlement, and allocations, ordering processes, stocktake requirements, and practical demonstrations within FDP.
These webinars are mandatory for all SS26 COVID-19 vaccination campaign participating sites to attend (you don’t need to attend all sessions), where new and important information regarding the campaign will be shared along with the opportunity for sites to ask any questions.
